Coffee is best learned by making it.
We created the Coffee Studio because we remember what it felt like to be at the beginning—curious, excited, but unsure where to start. Specialty coffee can feel overwhelming, so we wanted to create a space that makes learning approachable.
Our classes are designed around hands-on experience, with a low barrier to entry and half-day sessions that fit comfortably into everyday life. Rather than spending hours listening to theory, you'll learn by brewing, tasting, and asking questions along the way. Whether you're completely new to coffee or simply looking to build confidence, we hope this is a place where your journey begins.
From Café to Coffee Studio.
Our journey began as a neighbourhood café and micro roastery in Penang, driven by a simple goal: to make specialty coffee approachable without compromising on quality.
As we roasted, brewed, and shared coffee with our community, we realised that serving great coffee was only part of the experience. Helping people understand it became just as meaningful.
The Coffee Studio is a natural extension of that journey.
